About the Research Centre
In collaboration with CityU, University of Oxford, and Karolinska Institutet, the Hong Kong Centre for Cerebro-cardiovascular Health Engineering (COCHE) was established with the support of the ITC-InnoHK Programme to develop new ways to tackle cardiovascular disease (CVD), which is the world's leading cause of morbidity and mortality. To address the most pressing health challenges caused by CVD, COCHE focuses on developing innovative technologies such as flexible and wearable devices, biomedical and molecular imaging, nano-biosensing, micro-robotics, healthcare AI systems, and other ground-breaking methods to enable early prevention, diagnosis, and intervention of the disease. Job Description
• Actively develop customer/channel resources in the healthcare diagnostic or medicine segments.
• Develop & execute the business strategy/plan to ensure the achievement of the annual sales target & market share expansion.
• Collect & analyze product/market information & provide reference/suggestion to the KOLs or Key Account Customers
• Work with the relevant stakeholders as partnership cooperation to provide comprehensive professional solutions for customers.
• Maintain customer relations, provide necessary daily support & solve problems where applicable.
• Co-work with other internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely order delivery to maximize commercialization cooperation.
• Manage sales and marketing quotation, commercial agreement and all other contractual related activities.
• Be accountable for data entry into the CRM to track business opportunities and sales performance through personal/team communication.
• Other task assigned by the reporting manager, Head of Business Development
General Qualification
• Master degree or above, preferably MBA or EMBA in business, marketing, medical or regulatory affair and other related field.
• Minimum 6 years of sales and marketing experiences in healthcare MNC industry, professional consultancy or management background preferred.
• Excellent sales and communication as well as commercialization skills with successful records including distributors management for CRO or CSO.
• Possess good channel resources & customer base in Greater China
• Good adaptability, quicker learner with proactive working style
• Team-work spirit, strong initiative, enthusiast and creative in work.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin, Excellent Office Software (PPT/Excel/Word/Project/Python etc.), Omnichannel Digital Marketing and Business Planning Skills
Preferred Hiring Qualifications:
Remuneration & Duration of Appointment
The remuneration package will be highly competitive, and commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits for full-time appointments include leave and medical insurance, etc. The possibility of re-appointment after the initial contract period will be based on performance evaluation and mutual agreements.
